Sleep fulfills a vital role in keeping us healthy and happy. A good night’s sleep is essential to ensure that we feel fit, think sharply and generally to give us the appetite and enthusiasm to make most of everyday living.
It’s important to get both the right amount of sleep and the right combination of light and deep sleep because while we sleep, the mind and body are hard at work, repairing and replacing, with vital functions processing and storing information.
The solution to poor sleep is often a good bed. We spend one third of our lives in bed. We depend on sleep to recharge our batteries, physically and mentally. A good bed makes huge difference to the quality of sleep and therefore to our health and well being. If you sleep badly because your bed and mattress combination is not giving you the right comfort and support, you’re most likely to enjoy life less.
A good bed is one that gives you the comfort and support you need for a good nightls sleep every night. Below are some guidelines to follow when you are choosing a good bed.
01 - Decide your priorties and concerns in advance for ex: price,storage,access to bedroom turning the mattress getting in and out of bed, overall size or shape, health issues. etc.
02 - Buy for correct support and comfort for your weight and build, not just for the firmness of the matress.
03 - Lie down in your normal sleeping positions and make some turns too. Wear comfortable clothes.
04 - Try it together if the bed is for two
05 - Do not forget, a bed is a mattress and base working together, do not consider them in isolation
07 - Think big, bigger the better, lager beds are more comfortable
